To share a dream, a life experience, a culture, by exploring Barcelona's skateboard scene, the most legendary "SK8 SPOTS" and also the hidden gems, under the eyes of a local and expert skateboarder, videographer and photographer!!! Be able to travel into the underground culture of the nicest city to skateboard in the world, make friends, improve skills, film and photograph tricks in many of the most legendary skateboard spots. All this, without having to worry about anything else rather than SK8!!!

The Barcelona Skateboard Experience is now completing its seventh anniversary and it’s a total success, a dream that became true. Sharing their goals with clients from over 100 different nationalities, 6 different continents, from all age groups, religious beliefs, cultural backgrounds, and lifestyles, from the beginners to the most advanced riders, many who have mentioned the experience to be the best memory of their trip!!!

Barcelona is the Skateboard hub of Europe and in our founder experience, the best city to skateboard in the world due to a combination of factors such as; the mild Mediterranean weather, the city's density, unique architecture and great public transport system, a combination of factors that unified many of the most iconic skateboard spots in the world into one place. Those spots started to be popularised by skateboarding magazines and films around the world from the 90's onwards and this would seed the dreams of many generations to come, which would sprout and put Barcelona in the map as a number one city in Europe to be visited by skateboarders eager not only to see the city well known sightseeings but to ride their "Skateboard Dreams".
Our founder Dom Santoro had a goal to share his skateboard dream and spread the joy of skateboarding with as many people as he possibly could. After many years of "research" travelling and skateboarding the world's most classic spots in 6 different continents, he envisioned in Barcelona the perfect stage to create the "Barcelona Skateboard Experience" by promoting skateboard culture and making it possible for people of all levels, age groups, and ethnicities to dive into the vivid skateboard culture present in the city, learning, riding, making friends and shooting memories for life!
our founder
DOM SANTORO
is a teacher, coach, former professional skateboarder, skatepark builder, photographer, videographer and musician, with a hand full World Cup of Skateboarding participations in the baggage, three video parts and an extensive skateboard coaching experience. It was by teaching that Dom reconnected to his family background and found the joy of helping others to achieve their goals. Within more then 20 years of experience teaching skateboarding in Brazil, USA, England, Australia, New Zealand and Spain, Dom had the pleasure to work with a huge variety of companies, schools, skateparks and private students from all ages, cultures and levels from beginners to professional skateboarders and olympic athletes . But it was in Barcelona that Dom found the perfect balance of qualities he needed to put in practice what he had envisioned: To share one of his dreams by creating an ultimate skateboard experience diving into the culture, lifestyle, and knowledge of skateboarding and making it accessible to all like minded dreamers that wanna have lifetime memories skateboarding some of the most iconic spots in the World.
